OUR PROGRAMMING: our practices are tailored to all ability levels from beginner to elite. Athletes are grouped by skill level and physical ability. Whether your athlete is just starting out or looking to excel at the next level, practices will provide the support and instruction necessary to meet their goals.

LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS

ELITE LEVEL: offers 4 days of practice including 1 practice for just the elite level players, focusing on strategy & tactical play. High school players (or those who plan to play high school) should sign up for Elite. Elite Level is also for players who wish to refine and grow their skills to play at the next level. Sea Monsters Strong, our strength training program, is also included with this level.

COMPETITION LEVEL: offers 3 days of practice. Players will learn to grow their skills with a combination of conditioning, drills and scrimmages. Sea Monster Strong, our strength training program, can be added to this level for an addiitonal fee.

DEVELOPMENT LEVEL: offers 2 days of practice. This is a good starting point for players new to the sport wishing to learn the fundamentals and learn the game. Sea Monsters Strong, our strength training program, can be added to this level for an addiitonal fee.

SEA MONSTERS STRONG=this is our strength training program that is included with the ELITE option, but can be added on to the Competition or Development levels. Athletes not wishing to practice in water can opt to register for the Sea Monsters Strong ONLY option. ($150 per season).

COLLEGE STUDENTS/SEA MONSTERS ALUMNI OPTION: We do offer options for our college students. Please email us for more information.
